Summary

Join PartsBase Inc., the world's largest online aviation marketplace, as a fully remote HR Manager. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or operations-focused role
  • Demonstrated experience in national labor law compliance and multi-state HR practices
  • Prior experience supervising or mentoring HR support staff
  • Proficient in administering employee benefits programs
  • Strong background in employee relations, policy development, and HR documentation
  • Experience conducting internal HR audits and presenting findings to leadership
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, changes, etc.)
  • Supervise and coach the HR Coordinator, supporting their development and ensuring operational excellence
  • Oversee national labor law compliance and ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local regulations across all jurisdictions
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a key liaison for benefits vendors and employees
  • Support employee relations cases, including investigations, documentation, and resolution strategies
  • Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Conduct internal audits of HR files, processes, and systems; present findings and recommendations to the CHRO and leadership
  • Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards to inform business and compliance decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and implement HR projects
  • Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for employees and managers across the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification
  • Experience working in high-growth or rapidly changing environments
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms, Ripply and Ashby
