HR Officer

Summary

As an HR Officer, you will maintain employee records, assist in onboarding, candidate screening, and event planning. You will also contribute to performance management, compensation planning, and HR SOP development. You'll coordinate with line managers on job descriptions and employee onboarding/exit formalities, and assist with reward, recognition, and retention programs. Help us make a difference!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and management
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment and labor
• Experience with HRIS and HR databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records (personal, educational, attendance, leaves data etc.) according to the company policies and legal requirements
• Assist in creating effective employee on-boarding and orientation plans
• Be actively involved in initial screening of candidates, schedule interviews in coordination with the managers
• Assist the line manager in organizing event and activities for the employees
• Assist in performance management processes
• Provide assistance in collecting data, conduct market survey to help develop market competitive compensation plans
• Assist in developing and updated HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with the line managers to timely update Job Descriptions
• Responsible for all the processing and documentation of employee onboarding and exit formalities
• Assist the line manager in reward, recognition and employee retention programs
