Requirements

• Previous experience as an HR Officer - ideally within gaming/software/digital or media industry
• Strong technical ability in IT systems ie: G-Suite or MS Office
• Previous experience in handling sensitive data and ensuring confidentiality and data quality is 100% maintained
• The ability to work in a fast paced and remote start-up environment with a willingness to learn
• Proactive approach and able to work on own initiative with strong organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• You will be a first point of contact for HR queries and have a strong knowledge of HR policy
• You will support the HRBPs and Global Talent Director in an administrative capacity, to ensure the smooth running of the HR team
• You will coordinate the Onboarding experience for new joiners
• You will support the Finance team as needed with salary and new joiner related queries
• You will maintain HR systems and provide reports as needed
• You will support team members with HR systems as needed
• You will support various HR Projects
