Summary

Join People Can Fly, a leading AAA game development studio, as an HR Specialist! You will maintain employee documentation, manage onboarding/offboarding, handle employee inquiries, and implement HR projects. Responsibilities include report preparation, data maintenance in HR/payroll systems, conducting surveys, and supporting payroll processes. This role requires at least 3 years of HR experience in a dynamic, international environment, knowledge of labor law, and strong communication skills in English and Polish. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, in dynamic, international environment
  • Knowledge of labour law and experience with different types of agreements
  • Knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel)
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2) and fluent Polish (C1 level in speaking and writing)
  • Analytical approach and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to details
  • Proactive and self-motivation skills
  • High work ethics

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee documentation, including preparation of HR and payroll documents
  • Conduct the onboarding process of new hires & offboarding process for employees leaving the company
  • Respond to employees’ enquiries, contact and cooperation with other Teams within and outside of HR
  • Implement HR projects, especially those aimed at standardization, improvements and automation of processes
  • Prepare reports related to the HR / payroll / benefits
  • Maintain and update data in HR and payroll systems
  • Conduct surveys & analyze results in HR area
  • Support payroll preparation and verification; contact with external payroll service providers, offices and institutions
  • Support processes of: employee relocation and legalization of stay and work
  • Administer benefits and absences
