Summary
Join 3Cloud as an Employee Experience HR Specialist and partner with various teams to ensure an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You will organize employee events, design employee engagement activities, promote open communication, and recognize employee achievements. Responsibilities include developing wellness initiatives, facilitating training, conducting employee surveys, analyzing data, and serving as a local HR contact for Philippines-based employees. You will also support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, handle other HR duties, and perform office management tasks. This role requires onsite presence at least three times a week in Makati. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of HR experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in human resources
- Ability to adjust work hours to accommodate business needs; after-hours flexibility is occasionally required
- Razor-sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through, internally and externally, in order to provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, ever-changing environment
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)
- Familiarity with and/or demonstrated aptitude to learn technology tools and apps such as: DocuSign Paylocity
- Track record of excellent performance in the areas of teamwork, customer service, and problem solving
- NOTE: This role will require 1x - 2x work in the office weekly in Makati
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiting, HR Operations and other teams, as necessary, to ensure an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (from time of offer through offboarding)
- Organize and manage employee events, such as team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings, to strengthen interpersonal relationships and team cohesion
- Design, plan, and execute employee engagement activities, programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and culture
- Promote open and transparent communication channels within the organization. Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs
- Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, programs, and activities to support employees’ physical and mental health, including stress management and work-life balance
- Facilitate the administrative tasks of Agile Training and other various trainings that enhance employee skills, job satisfaction, and career growth
- Develop, implement, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track employee engagement trends
- Analyze employee engagement data and prepare reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings to management
- Serve as local HR contact and support for Philippines-based employees
- Support the development and implementation of US HR and Philippines HR initiatives and systems
- Handle other HR-related duties and responsibilities, as may be required
- Perform office management duties as requested
- Host All Hands meeting, biweekly practice calls, organize new hire activities, daily management of background screenings, escalations with the client for background screens
