Summary
Join GoGlobal's Human Resources team as a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist. This role supports various HR functions, focusing on payroll, onboarding, offboarding, mobility, and HR data management. You will assist in recruitment and work-visa matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelorโs degree in business administration or human resources and 3โ5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, and/or global mobility. Proficiency in office software and strong communication skills are essential. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in business administration or human resources is preferred
- 3โ5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, and/or global mobility
- Proficient with all kinds of office software, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc
- Good communication and adaptability, with sense of solving problems timely in a proper way
- An active learner and be able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and coordination of monthly payroll in collaboration with internal teams
- Process employment actions including employment agreement preparation, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Manage and track employee resignations, ensuring smooth offboarding and exit clearance processes
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation coordination, and system setup
- Other tasks assigned as required by the Internal HR department
- Maintain and update employee records in BambooHR, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage employee profiles, contracts, and personal documentation in alignment with company policies
- Update the Group's org chart on a regular basis, as and when required
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes - posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
- Support mobility activities including transfers, relocation, and work permit/visa coordination
- Ensure HR operations comply with applicable labour laws and regulations in all jurisdictions
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and recommend process improvements accordingly
