Summary

Join SeekWell's Marketing Technology team as an HTML/CSS Developer and power the digital experiences behind marketing campaigns. Transform creative designs into clean, responsive, and scalable code for email, SMS, push notifications, and landing pages. You will evolve the modular template library, improve delivery performance, and ensure world-class customer experiences. Collaborate with various stakeholders, work within enterprise systems, build and maintain reusable templates, and troubleshoot delivery issues. Contribute to coding standards and documentation, and recommend strategies for optimization. This role requires 1–2 years of web development experience focused on multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in web development focused on multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a strong grasp of responsive design and best practices
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level marketing tools such as Braze, ButterCMS, Redpoint, and Cloudinary
  • Experience working with a CDP, CMS, or DAM to support content delivery and campaign workflows
  • Understanding of email rendering across providers and devices, and knowledge of email deliverability best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Code responsive, high-performance marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, and landing pages)
  • Collaborate with creative, engineering, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to bring designs to life
  • Work inside enterprise systems like our CDP, CMS, and DAM to streamline delivery and simplify workflows
  • Build and maintain modular, reusable templates to support marketing scale and agility
  • Troubleshoot rendering or delivery issues across marketing platforms and resolve code-related bugs
  • Contribute to the development of coding standards and documentation for broader team training and support
  • Recommend new tools, processes, and strategies to optimize campaign delivery and performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Angular and SQL is helpful but not required
  • Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma
  • A strong command of semantic HTML/CSS and an appreciation for clean, scalable code
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for debugging and problem-solving
  • Ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and marketing functions
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • An understanding of how customer data platforms (CDPs) and content tools support modern marketing
  • Interest in modern marketing tech, real-time personalization, and emerging ML/AI capabilities
  • Curiosity and a drive to continuously improve processes, tools, and the customer experience
