Summary
Join our team as a HubSpot Marketing Specialist and lead digital campaigns targeting sales professionals interested in purchasing a recruiting franchise. You will leverage HubSpot's marketing tools to plan and execute lead generation campaigns, build and manage paid media campaigns, and create persona-driven funnels. Responsibilities include developing and iterating video ads, writing compelling marketing copy, and monitoring campaign performance. You will need 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, a proven track record of running paid media campaigns, and experience marketing franchise opportunities or high-ticket services. Excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of digital sales funnels are essential. This is a full-time remote position for PH or a contract position for LATAM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (Professional or Enterprise level)
- Proven track record running paid media campaigns inside HubSpot, including audience segmentation, budget management, and ROI tracking
- Experience marketing franchise opportunities, business ownership offers, or B2C high-ticket services
- Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring
- Demonstrated ability to script and execute video ad campaigns, including YouTube or Meta placements
- Excellent writing skills β ability to convey persuasive messaging to a professional audience
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using HubSpot's marketing tools (Email, Forms, CTAs, Workflows, and Landing Pages)
- Build and manage HubSpot paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta) from within the platform
- Create persona-driven funnels focused on converting sales professionals into qualified franchise leads
- Develop and iterate video ads, with scripting input, production coordination, and performance tracking
- Write, edit, and optimize compelling marketing copy for emails, landing pages, blog posts, and ad creatives aligned to the franchise opportunity
- Repurpose content across different platforms, including short-form video, webinars, and downloadable guides
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor campaign performance across all channels using HubSpot dashboards
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for lead quality, ad performance, and funnel conversions
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content, headlines, ad targeting, and landing page layouts
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Certifications (Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Media Strategy)
- Experience working in a recruiting, staffing, or franchise sales environment
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing platforms
- Strong project management skills using tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com
