Marketing Specialist

You will own all aspects of marketing, from strategy and execution to achieving measurable results. The ideal candidate is proficient in email and content marketing, possesses a systems-thinking approach, and leverages AI for enhanced efficiency. Success is defined by quantifiable outcomes, including qualified sales calls, lead generation, and client acquisition. This role prioritizes action, results, and a collaborative spirit.

• You love email and content marketing and actually know how to make it convert
• You think in systems and funnels and dashboards
• You’ve got a “let’s figure it out” attitude and you know how to move fast and test things without needing a meeting!
• You’ve got tons of examples of how you’ve used AI to do better work, faster

Responsibilities

• Write and manage email campaigns that get read, clicked, and replied to. From opt-ins, nurture sequences, newsletters and more
• Create lead magnets and resources people actually want
• Build out nurture and follow-up sequences that guide people to the right resources and to book a hiring clarity call
• Manage relationships—with partners, newsletter sponsors, freelancers and others we need to make our marketing machine hum
• Make sure our landing pages convert, our processes are tight, and our marketing gets better every single month
• Track the data, test what’s working, and find new ways to bring in great leads

Preferred Qualifications

• You’ve run email campaigns that get replies and you’ve written content that people bookmark
• You’ve figured out how to grow leads without a massive ad budget
• And you’ve done it with smart tools (including AI) and a curious, can-do mindset
• You probably enjoy diving into data but don’t get lost in it
• You like building robust systems but you’re not precious, you’ll happily hack something together just to get it out the door
• You’ve worked in small teams or agencies before, so you’re used to juggling different priorities and just making things happen

Benefits

• Salary: $2,500–$3,500+/month (if full-time, on a gross, independent contractor basis)

• Hours: Full-time or Part-time (FT is 9am–5pm CET, PT is 11am-3pm CET), with some flexibility
