Summary
Join RSI Security as a Digital Marketing Specialist and leverage your expertise in marketing technologies to enhance our SEO, customer segmentation, and social media efforts. Drive alignment between digital marketing strategies and business goals through automation, optimization, compliance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities include website and blog enhancements, ecommerce website optimization, managing Google Ads, email campaign creation, event management assistance, HubSpot automation, competitor research, client engagement on LinkedIn, performance reporting, and marketing technology implementation. You will need 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics is essential. This is a 100% remote, full-time, permanent position open to legal US residents.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, English or related field
- Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, GoDaddy, and SEMRush
- Web development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
- Google SEO and SSL auditing and optimization
- Extensive experience with developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress and WooCommerce websites and blogs
- Google Ads/PPC and Google Analytics
- HubSpot - CRM maintenance, auditing, and automation experience
- GoDaddy hosting security suite
- Asana or similar project management tools
- Strong email sequencing and campaign experience
- Event management experience
- Google Suite including Google Docs and Google Sheets
- A computer and an extra screen
Responsibilities
- Website and blog enhancements including SEO, design, optimization, performance, functionality, quarterly audits, and security
- Oversee and optimize ecommerce website using WooCommerce
- Manage Google Ads and optimize for ROI
- Email campaign creation and management
- Assist with event management, research, and speaking opportunities
- Build and enhance HubSpot automations and workflows to nurture leads and clients
- Conduct competitor and industry research
- Engage with clients and leads on LinkedIn using marketing best practices
- Report monthly on website, blog, and SEO performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Evaluating, implementing, and improving marketing technologies and tools using
- Process design, implementation, and continuous improvement best practices
- Task and project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) and how they fit into a demand generation strategy is preferred
- Familiarity with uptime monitoring tools, backup solutions, broken link checkers, performance testing tools, and cache management tools
