Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
• Proficient in HubSpot tools and best practices
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and sales processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HubSpot-based sales and marketing strategies for clients
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and align HubSpot solutions accordingly
• Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows within HubSpot
• Create engaging email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation strategies
• Analyze performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and improve ROI
• Provide training and support to clients on best practices in using HubSpot
• Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously refine strategies to enhance client marketing efforts
