Summary

Indinero is seeking a HubSpot Specialist to manage and optimize the HubSpot platform, assist with implementations, marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives. The role requires proficiency in HubSpot administration, data management abilities, and at least 3 years of experience as a HubSpot power user or administrator.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HubSpot administration, configuration and implementation
• Experience with HubSpot reports generation and dashboard creation
• At least 3 years experience as HubSpot power user, ideally 1 year as Administrator
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Lead Generation
• Strong data management abilities and excellent time management, prioritization of tasks, and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in a B2B sales or content role
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify actionable insights through data analysis to support data-driven business decisions
• Highly self-motivated and should be able to work independently and in a team
• Must be willing to work in US shift

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot of the company and manage implementation and configuration of accounts
• Primary contact for all HubSpot and Marketing Hub/Mode Analytics reporting requests
• Help create and execute Lead Generation campaigns in HubSpot for both email and social channels
• Write and edit content used for Lead Generation purposes
• Acts as the administrator of the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub database
• Develop department/role-specific Dashboards, Reports, Contact Lists, Notifications, and other routine tasks to support Sales Leadership in tracking performance of Lead Generation and Sales generally
• Build workflows for Automation associated with Marketing and Sales processes
• Handle data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and execute data migration/cleansing projects
