Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in developing and executing CRM communication strategies within a global or multi-national environment
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze) and CRM software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment across diverse teams and cultures
• Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation

Responsibilities

• Support managing and optimizing CRM systems
• Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding new platforms and tools
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM communications and marketing automation efforts
• Provide training and support to internal teams on the usage and best practices of the marketing automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required, Swedish preferred
• Preferably experienced in working in a remote, fast-paced environment
