Requirements

  • Extensive experience with all facets of the HubSpot platform, including CRM, marketing automation, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, with experience across both Pro and Enterprise products
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to support business processes
  • Strong capability in developing and managing reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to think strategically about CRM utilization and its impact on business operations and growth
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments to integrate CRM strategies
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements, able to quickly learn new tools and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform to ensure it meets the needs of the business and enhances customer interactions
  • Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports within HubSpot, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions and improve business outcomes
  • Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, implementing enhancements to maximize the platform's value to the organization
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute HubSpot strategies that align with their business objectives
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand how to utilize HubSpot to enhance their business operations
  • Customize HubSpot solutions according to client needs, including setting up and optimizing CRM, marketing automation, sales automation, and customer service hubs
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients, empowering them to effectively use HubSpot for their business needs
  • Continually assess and optimize the performance of HubSpot implementations, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes
  • Develop and manage advanced dashboards and reports to track client progress and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates have either worked at a HubSpot agency handling multiple accounts or at HubSpot itself
  • Familiarity with common HubSpot integrations like GoToWebinar, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Vidyard, Zoom, WordPress, Stripe, PandaDoc, DocuSign, QuickBooks, etc
