Join Xometry as a Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to assist with email and automation strategies, creating campaigns end-to-end, managing contact databases, and promoting the brand effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce email marketing, with a focus on highly targeted and segmented campaigns
- Strong experience with marketing automation, including creating efficient campaigns, experimenting with segmentation and targeting, and a deep understanding of digital marketing principles such as tracking and analytics
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable)
- Ability to quickly edit, translate, and maintain multilingual campaigns
- Comfortable collaborating with regional marketing specialists and managing projects to meet deadlines
- Ability to produce design assets independently when needed
- Experience in developing, managing, and analysing large email marketing databases (multilingual experience is a plus)
- Experience with integration and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat)
- Familiarity with email marketing technologies for quality, responsive, and functional emails: HTML/CSS (specific to email), frameworks, design tools, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Design skills (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and a good sense of design) are a strong plus
- Strong teamwork and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher; other European languages are a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Produce and execute effective multi-channel campaigns including designing emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, translation coordination, media asset production, and collaboration with the creative team
- Create and enhance various automated campaigns throughout the customer journey, including prospecting, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, reactivation, surveys, etc
- Create and manage transactional emails
- Engage with various target audiences, including internal client teams and external media subscribers
- Manage and execute an email marketing calendar aligned with business objectives and internal stakeholder needs
- Run ad hoc campaigns across multiple countries, working closely with regional marketing managers
- Conduct A/B tests, analyse results, and provide insights for ongoing improvement
