Requirements

  • Familiar with recruiting software systems

  • Ability to follow directives given and ask questions whenever needed if any tasks or responsibilities are unclear
  • Ability to report daily task progress clearly via shared documents

Responsibilities

  • Handle site admin tasks
  • Assist in matters of employee relations
  • Assist with all recruiting processes (sourcing, applicant pipeline management, conducting interviews, scheduling training classes)
  • Assist in company payroll computation and processing
  • Maintain professional attitude and behavior on site
