Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Proactive and eager to contribute to innovative HR initiatives like DEI programs
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering impactful HR solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new hires
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Support performance evaluation cycles, assisting managers with goal-setting and feedback delivery
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures, maintaining accurate employee records
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs and handle related queries
  • Assist in designing and implementing training programs to support employee development
  • Contribute to HR projects, including DEI initiatives, engagement surveys, and policy updates
  • Track HR metrics using HR systems and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory
