Summary
Join Lingraphica as a Human Resources Generalist and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture in a remote setting. You will develop and administer programs to boost employee engagement, lead employee relations initiatives, and support various HR functions. This role requires strong communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HR experience, including employee relations, are essential. While travel is minimal, the position offers the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities
- Promote a workplace culture aligned with Lingraphicaβs Core Values of Action, Empowerment, Improvement and Integrity
- Create and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including surveys and feedback mechanisms; analyze results reinforcing the positive, and make recommendations for improvement
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to create an inclusive and respectful workplace
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, workplace behavior, and performance improvement
- Field employee questions and concerns and help interpret HR policies
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws; document findings
- Evaluate grievance process and educate organization on clear, transparent process for handling complaints and follow up
- Develop and utilize a tracking system for employee relations issues; analyze to determine areas for employee and leader education and policy changes
- Provide input into the performance review process and support in administering quarterly reviews
- Provide managers with tools to effectively manage team performance and support in creating and delivering constructive feedback
- Coach managers on the performance improvement process, reviews documentation, and provides feedback guidance
- Partner with VP, Human Resources and team on strategy development for HR function that aligns with organizational objectives
- Help identify training needs and collaborate with Sr. Learning and Development Specialist around content and delivery as needed
- Continue education, learning and networking externally to stay current and bring in ideas and best practices to improve our HR programs and tools
- May participate in compensation analysis and market data review
- May support onboarding, recruiting and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience, as needed
- Conduct exit interviews, reporting and analysis to identify trends; make recommendations to address issues
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs are well-communicated and understood by employees
- Collaborate with HR team on other initiatives as needed
Preferred Qualifications
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
