Requirements

  • Currently attending an accredited university as a rising Junior or above majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Analytics or similar
  • Your resume should show a demonstrated ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, influence without authority, and learn quickly

Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of strategic and tactical initiatives across the people team including projects related to HR operations, employee branding, market research, and recruiting
  • Collect, analyze, and present data to support short- and long-term decision making
  • Organize, coordinate, and publicize company-wide and intern-specific engagement activities and events
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team including onboarding, offboarding, and preparing documentation
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in HR and cross-functional team meetings to contribute ideas and enhance processes and initiatives
