Human Resources Intern in Singapore

Summary

This is an opportunity for a current tertiary student or graduate with prior experience in HR or studying HR to join Venti Technologies, a leading company in safe-speed autonomous logistics systems. The role involves recruitment, human resources tasks, and some administrative duties such as coordinating the hiring process, supporting the introduction of a new HRIS system, and arranging employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Current tertiary student or graduate - preference given to those with prior experience in HR or studying HR
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Effective working in a fast-paced, occasionally chaotic, startup environment
• Problem solving mindset and can-do attitude
• Calm in a storm, good sense of humour, resilient

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent in the autonomous vehicle industry
• Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process
• Engage with candidates from around the world, schedule interviews, and collect feedback
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to optimize candidates' experiences
• Coordinate career fairs and engage in tech talks
• Assist in the onboarding of new hires
• Support the introduction and roll out of a new HRIS system
• Support the creation of a document management strategy to manage all HR documentation efficiently
• Participate in the payroll process as needed
• Arrange and support employee engagement activities
• Answer admin related employee requests as needed (visa letters, passes etc)
• Support the development and roll out of our first employee review process and salary review cycle
• Provide data driven insight to inform project decisions
• Help maintain HR documentation and records
