Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience independently handling complex employee relations issues and running investigations
  • Knowledge of related HRIS systems
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter mentality, with strong motivational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential information, and apply sound judgment in all situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation, and engagement initiatives
  • Serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees on HR and talent related inquiries, including compensation-related questions/situations
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting including management of one full-time recruiter and recruiting vendor relationships
  • Maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate and compliant information retention and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with, and stay informed of, relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues including EEO investigations and employee concerns and conflicts
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including managing external partners and vendors
