Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Excellent project management and process improvement skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with a remote or distributed workforce is essential
• Bachelor's degree or other relevant HR/employment qualifications are preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of compensation and benefits
• Perform strategic decision-making in HR operations
• Develop and implement performance management systems
• Implement a fair and transparent job levelling framework
• Spearhead the design and rollout of learning and development initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline HR operations
• Champion our company culture and values

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for Web3 and data privacy
• Experience with Lattice HR platform
• Experience in public speaking and hosting workshops
