Summary
Join Toast as a Hybrid Development Representative (HDR) and generate quality sales opportunities for Account Executives. You will perform outreach to prospective restaurants through calls, emails, and social media, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings. After gaining experience as an HDR, you will specialize in one of three XDR positions: Account Development Representative (ADR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR). High performers have opportunities for promotion to Account Executive roles. The role offers uncapped commissions and a competitive compensation package. This position is open only to May 2025 graduates, with start dates between June and September 2025.

Responsibilities
- Complete at least 100 outreach activities daily
- Host qualification calls to develop an understanding of the prospectβs needs and determine how they can benefit from leveraging Toastβs all in one digital platform
- Schedule meetings for qualified prospects with the appropriate Account Executive
- Learn about and execute on different methods of outreach so youβll be prepared to step directly into one of our dedicated XDR positions (ADR, BDR, SDR)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Sales or Sales Internship Experience
