Remote Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer

Join our Global Cloud Infrastructure Team as a Hybrid Cloud Operations Engineer, supporting commercial offerings with expertise in Windows Server Virtual Machines, VMware, and Azure native solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• General knowledge of Windows Server architecture and Active Directory
• Experience with VMware and virtualization technologies
• Hands-on experience with physical data centers, including cabling, moving components, etc
• Flexibility to work outside of office hours and participate in weekend on-call support
• Strong prioritization skills, both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
• Passion for learning new technologies and exploring innovative ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external customers

Responsibilities

• Work with Windows Server Virtual Machines deployed on VMware
• Assist in the setup of virtual networks and Azure native solutions
