Join the Operational Services GmbH team within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, a leading ICT service provider in the German market. This role offers opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia, contributing to the development and operation of modern IT systems. You will analyze complex tasks, provide 3rd-level support, investigate incident root causes, manage changes, identify process weaknesses, create documentation, and provide expert advice. The position requires at least three years of professional experience, strong Linux and network platform expertise, and English B2 proficiency. Requirements

• Have at least three years of professional experience
• Have very good experience in Linux and Network platforms
• Speak English B2

Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide solutions for most complex tasks
• Provide 3rd level support, solving problems and escalating most complex issues
• Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation
• Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan and review complex changes in a controlled manner or escalate to higher authority
• Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards
• Create/review/maintain procedures and complex technical documentation to support IT service
• Provide expert advice, consultancy and support for internal/external customer & management
• Provide reports and regularly communicate with project stakeholders and/or customer
• Participate on Solution Designs and Architecture activities
