Your responsibilities will include managing the entire employment life cycle for non-nationals, liaising with local authorities, and providing support to EORs and clients. You will also contribute to product planning and participate in interviews. This position requires 3+ years of immigration experience, a law degree or similar, fluency in English and Polish, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with immigration
- Ideally law degree or similar field or paralegal
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Strong knowledge of the key immigration categories
- Excellent communication and the ability to find solutions under pressure, with thoughtful people management and mentorship skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes
Responsibilities
- Ensuring and maintaining compliance in their assigned country in accordance with relevant immigration laws and regulations, operational rules, and RACI
- Contributing to mobility product planning and scoping
- Participating in the initial levels of mobility interviews
- Managing daily tasks related to EORs such as assessing right-to-work requirements and submitting immigration applications to the local authorities
- Liaising with local providers and government authorities to provide solutions to complex immigration matters
- Providing support to EORs and clients for mobility-related questions or concerns through all available communication channels
- Managing the entire employment life-cycle for non-nationals including onboarding and offboarding
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the mobility operations in the assigned countries
- Work on special projects, as assigned
