Immunology Sales Specialist

Summary

The Immunology Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales objectives through engaging healthcare professionals, developing territory business plans, and educating HCPs about product features. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, immunology experience, and a bachelor's degree. The role offers a salary range of $140K-$150K and a quarterly bonus of $10,000.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required
• Immunology experience required
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategy. Drive growth of business through a concrete understanding of the assigned territory and a strategic approach to building an effective territory plan
• Create and implement territory business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals
• Engage customers in an effective and compliant way that reflects understanding of their environment and provides insight relevant to their practice
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, and approved messaging, and effectively use approved promotional aids
• Manage daily sales activity and performance according to defined expectations and complete required daily data entry of call activity in CRM

Preferred Qualifications

Biologics experience strongly preferred, along with working knowledge of patient HUBs, assistance programs, and specialty pharmacy

• Salary Range: $140K-$150K
• Quarterly Bonus Amount: $10,000/quarter (annualized at $40,000/yr)
