Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in customer-facing WMS implementations
- Strong verbal and written communicationβ¦the ability to converse fluently on various warehouse activities and universal WMS features
Responsibilities
- Lead project startup activities including hand-off from sales, customer kickoff, and initial discovery
- Take on certain standard technical responsibilities such as Install the NetSuite WMS bundle, configure various standard WMS data components, etc
- Monitor client engagement/sentiment levels and spearhead any necessary re-engagement efforts
- Monitor team and customer activities via RocketLane PM software in alignment with proposed go-live date
- Track issues that need a code solution, liaise with responsible parties to ensure timely completion
- Escalate unresolved customer questions, issues or complaints to appropriate individual(s) for quick resolution; through defined escalation process
- Monitor project hours against project budget and ensure billing is discharged accordingly
- Identify opportunities for software and services upsells and usher those opportunities through contracting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite or Acumatica
- Knowledge of APIs, including using tools like Postman
- Low-level technical skills such as basic SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, Logistics Engineering or similar
