Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or related customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and implementation best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in conducting software training and driving user adoption
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Familiarity with API integrations and a basic understanding of technical concepts

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client implementation projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure successful onboarding
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client transitions throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Gather and document client requirements, including functional specifications, customizations, and integrations
  • Conduct client training sessions on the software platform
  • Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies
  • Host training sessions and group webinars
  • Perform all other job-related tasks as assigned
  • Assist with future implementations of other products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable with occasional travel (1-4 trips annually)
  • Experience in the real estate, multifamily, or software industry is a plus
