Senior Implementation Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in project and implementation management, specifically with HR technology implementations
• Proven track record of successful implementations of software solutions within budget and committed timelines
• Proven track record to resolve complex issues using creative approaches and highly effective solutions
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Flexibility in adapting work hours to support implementations for our customers in EMEA and North America

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Visier implementation projects within agreed timelines and budgets
• Successfully manage projects of large and/or complex scope; take strategic objectives and appropriately define and deliver on project and technical deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external Visier consultants, to ensure smooth and effective integration
• Conduct needs analysis and configure Visier solutions to meet business requirements
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of Visier analytics and planning tools
• Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including implementation plans, configuration notes, and training materials
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications between the company and Visier
• Stay abreast of new Visier features and updates, and recommend enhancements to improve HR analytics and planning capabilities
• Champion innovation and take initiative to drive changes across the business that positively impact on overall organization
• Work without supervision, lead by example
