Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorβs degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Have 5+ years in implementation or project management
- Be proficient in CAD/BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD), with experience in construction and homebuilding processes
- Have successfully led a team of implementers and/or architects
- Demonstrate success in managing people and complex client-facing software implementations
- Possess strong client-facing skills, with a proven ability to build trust and deliver a positive implementation experience
- Be skilled in identifying architectural and operational challenges and implementing effective solutions
- Be willing to travel up to 25% to client sites as needed
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for implementation project planning, initial sizing and scoping, resource assignment, capacity modeling and performance evaluations for a team of implementors
- Manage the initial implementation process, including requirements gathering, plan optimization, customer education, and initial configuration of client accounts to align with builder specifications
- Own our implementation projects, ensuring deadlines, resources, project scope, and client expectations are met
- Serve as the trusted manager for all clients being implemented on your team and the escalation point
- Establish processes for effective quality checks that ensure correct setup, and functionality of platform features
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales teams to align on client needs, report platform bugs and feature requests
- Track and report to leadership on key implementation metrics: chiefly time-to-value, but also customer satisfaction, referencability, and adoption

Have experience with homebuilding platforms or construction management software
