Implementation Manager

Summary

The Implementation Manager, Accounting at Restaurant365 is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end new client implementations. The role requires a strong accounting background, project management skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred qualifications include restaurant/hospitality industry experience, SaaS implementation experience, and previous R365 experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end new client implementations
• Coordinate tasks associated with each implementation
• Handle client escalations
