Implementation Manager

Summary

Join our team at Verifiable, a leading provider of API-first solutions for credentialing and provider network management in the healthcare industry. As an Implementation Manager, you will proactively manage customer relationships, partner with clients to implement Verifiable, and project manage implementation processes.

Requirements

• 3+ year of Implementation or Project Management experience in a highly technical SaaS startup environment (SFDC proficiency a plus)
• Able to effectively manage and prioritize workload to include driving implementation projects for several customers at a time while addressing each customer's unique needs
• Possesses a fundamental understanding of project management methodologies, including scoping, consulting, issue/risk identification, and communication of overall project status
• Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment
• Highly collaborative, organized, detail oriented, solutions focused, and able to problem solve on the spot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to specify technical changes/needs to technical teams

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage customer relationships from sales handoff to successful implementation
• Partner directly with clients to enable them to successfully implement Verifiable based on their unique scope and business objectives
• Project manage the implementation process by aligning on project requirements, managing project plans, owning all customer communication, and coordinating teams to drive success through implementation
• Effectively manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports and maintaining great relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams on the configuration component of implementation
• Organize and coordinate customer onboarding and training through virtual web conferences
• Serve as the primary contact for all customer-facing requests during implementation
• Act as a subject matter expert of the Verifiable product to drive product adoption
