Summary

Join Stellic, a fast-growing startup, as an Implementation Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering a unified, student-centric degree management platform to enterprise partners. Lead the implementation process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-budget delivery and exceeding internal success criteria. Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for partners, fostering strong relationships and high customer satisfaction. Serve as a key point of contact, building trust and delivering positive experiences. Train diverse stakeholders on the product, driving high adoption rates. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Integration, Product, and Marketing, to streamline project execution. Requirements

  • Implement Complex, Modular Product: You have experience working on the implementation of large and complex enterprise SaaS products

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Implementations: You will entirely lead the implementation process, from installation to validation, for an average of 6 simultaneous projects, on-budget while achieving our internal success criteria
  • Partner Experience: You will give our partners an amazing onboarding experience, leading to a high Customer Satisfaction
  • Relationship Management: You will be an effective point of contact for partners, gaining their trust and giving them a positive experience in working with you
  • Trainer: Drive high adoption through training on our product across diverse roles (advisors, registrar)
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Integration, Product, and Marketing to unblock their projects, providing them with contextual timelines, project plans, product accelerants, adoption communications, etc. For larger Enterprise deliveries, you will work closely with Project Managers who would be in charge of timelines, project plans etc
