Join Willow, a global leader in digitizing the build world, as their exceptional Manager of Software Deployment and Activation. You will manage a live Digital Twin deployment program, collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and successful software deployments. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services, and expertise in building systems and automation. You will lead integration site readiness, liaising with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of guiding complex projects and a strong background in multiple subject matter areas. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid options, as well as parental leave.
Requirements
- 2 - 4+ years of related experience in project/program management, in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business, in automation, building automation or property technology industries
- Proven relationship management experience in customer-facing and project-delivery roles
- Demonstrable technical problem-solving expertise in implementing technology
- Experience in identifying value through data driven measures and guiding customer to action through the development of an actionable roadmap
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Electrical), Computer Science/ Software Engineering or other related AEC discipline
- A solid understanding of typical building technology systems such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT Devices and networks, access controls and security technologies
- A solid understanding of proprietary and specialist system protocols associated with the above
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and work on a live Digital Twin deployment program as a Manager of Software Deployment and Activation
- Use industry knowledge and understanding of building systems, building control systems and automation systems, to independently manage the collation, review and processing of multiple disparate datasets to build Digital Twins to deliver customer value through Willow’s product capabilities and Activate Technology
- Lead the deployment of robust and reliable integrations alongside both internal and external teams
- Lead integration site readiness activities. This requires skilled liaison with clients, their Facility Managers, building system contractors and 3rd party vendors to ensure sites and data sources are prepared and available for integration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering Consulting or Building Automation Systems valued
