Summary
Join EnableComp as an Implementation Project Manager and oversee the integration of clients into our high-performance product suite. You will manage new client implementations and internal initiatives, planning and coordinating onboarding activities. Responsibilities include managing timelines, deliverables, client expectations, and communication, while escalating critical issues. You will provide support for implementing core service offerings, data integration, and requirement gathering. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and manage change. Regular reporting and forecasting to management will also be expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting
- Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required
- Experience with project management tools required
- Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems
- Knowledge about extended medical terminology required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Regular and predictable attendance
Responsibilities
- Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities
- Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues
- Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements
- Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation
- Manage change and client expectations effectively
- Maintain real time project status through online project management tools
- Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team
- Other duties as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus
- Ability to work with different levels of clinical personnel including providers
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environment
- Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value
- Team approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any workday and organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projects
- Extensive project coordination experience
- Process oriented with the ability to drive a project to successful completion
- Proven track record of conflict management and problem-solving skills
