Summary

Join Foodsmart as an Implementation Project Manager and lead the onboarding of new health plan and health system partners. You will ensure seamless project management and client satisfaction throughout the entire process, from initial scoping to launch. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Client Development, and Engineering. You will develop comprehensive implementation plans, manage data integrations, and track project performance using data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills, experienced in managing complex projects within the healthcare industry. Requirements

  • Motivated, collaborative, a quick learner, and results-oriented
  • Experienced leading matrixed internal and external teams through complex projects
  • Able to work quickly to adapt to new challenges and deliver results with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable in a dynamic work environment with a passion for impacting health outcomes at scale
  • A strategic thinker able to proactively identify and resolve complex issues in an evolving environment
  • Knowledgeable about how health plans serve members across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business
  • 6+ years of experience in a project management, implementation, client services, or operations role at a in healthcare services or management consulting company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • A bias towards action and intrinsic motivation to move work forward
  • Strong problem solving skills, capable of identifying root causes and evaluating potential solutions

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-funcationally with Sales, Client Development, Member Outreach, Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Support, Revenue Cycle, and Analytics to ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience
  • Develop comprehensive implementation project plans from initial discovery sessions through post-launch support
  • Demonstrate expertise navigating conversations about member workflows, data integrations and transfers, configuration requirements, and benefit design
  • Use data to track implementation performance, inform decision making, and measure project success
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, communicate project status, address open issues, and facilitate regular updates including risks to delivery
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to drive scalability and refine internal playbooks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using project management tools like Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, and/or Clickup a plus
  • Experience in a startup or small company environment
  • Understanding of the telehealth and nutrition spaces
