Requirements

  • Experience with PEO implementations and ASO-type/non-PEO payroll implementations, to include loading wage history
  • Knowledge and experience with multi-state payroll processing and tax setup
  • Knowledge in GL exports and setup
  • Understanding of variety of client personal time off plans
  • Experience processing payroll, setting up employees, adding deductions and direct deposit
  • Familiarity with multi-product integrations
  • Experience with Prism HR
  • 5+ years implementing payroll or payroll software required

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all qualified sales opportunities for PEO and ASO clients are supported maximizing chances of sales success and providing clear outlines for implementation deliverables, timelines and resourcing requirements for customers
  • Delivery of the required Fourth solution as part of the implementation process configuring Fourth Solutions for Customers to enable the delivery of a solution that works well for each customer creating value and maximizing growth opportunities
  • Complete appropriate discovery as part of the initial steps of an implementation ensuring this is documented and signed off by a customer
  • Ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge
  • Work with the Project Management team within Professional Services to build a Project plan for complex implementations
  • For standard implementations be able to create a task list and timelines working with the client and Fourth’s Benefits Implementation team
  • Configure the company, payroll and HR components (client company setup, employee setup, payroll calendars, payroll taxes, security access, job title/position detail, PTO, general ledger) of the HCM solution based on the documented specifications
  • Load historical payroll and tax information as needed based on client type (PEO or HR+Payroll/ASO) and balance historical records to processed records for prior wage validation
  • Deliver administrator and manager training
  • Support client for the first 30 days after the initial payroll processing
  • Participate in formal hand-off of "live" client
  • Provide the expert support that makes our integrated solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace
  • Support the wider management team to strive for a β€œperfect first payroll” for every implementation to drive customer satisfaction and customer references
