Requirements

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in software implementation, training, or support roles within the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with external stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly polished written communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and professional email correspondence
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organization across multiple concurrent projects
  • A results-oriented and goal-focused mindset with a proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on identifying and implementing effective solutions
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly value-based care models
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite)

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging and effective group and 1:1 implementation training sessions for new users on the Stellar platform
  • Guide users through the implementation process, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize all relevant features and functionalities
  • Collaborate with medical group users to define clear workflows for using Stellar, including how and when they will integrate the platform into their daily operations
  • Adapt existing training materials and tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each medical group. Confidently go "off-script" to address individual client questions and scenarios
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of multiple concurrent implementations, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges during the implementation process, providing timely solutions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and implementation progress
  • Proactively communicate project status, potential roadblocks, and implemented solutions to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of Stellar’s platform, its features, and its value proposition within the value-based care landscape. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and enhancements
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the Product team for continuous improvement of the platform
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of implementation best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute directly to the achievement of key onboarding metrics and goals, consistently striving to exceed expectations
  • Maintain a results-oriented approach, diligently tracking progress against established goals and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy standards, to safeguard customer information and uphold the highest ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with healthcare professionals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
