Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods and materials internationally
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation solutions
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
• Monitor and track the progress of shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders
• Optimize supply chain efficiency by identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and lead-time reduction
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and logistics-related data
• Communicate proactively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of international logistics with other departments
