Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
- Proven experience setting and driving marketing strategy β not just executing tasks
- Strong team leadership and management skills; experience leading and developing marketers
- Expertise in content strategy, event marketing, and LinkedIn as a core channel
- Demonstrated experience managing SEO strategy and optimising organic search performance
- Hands-on experience with paid demand generation campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms), including budget management and performance tracking
- Strong project management abilities, able to prioritise and deliver multiple initiatives effectively
- Familiarity with marketing tools and systems (e.g., Trello, HubSpot, Google Analytics, automation tools, website CMS), with the ability to manage integrations across the marketing tech stack
- Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyse performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously refine our customer profiles and ideal customer personas (ICP), ensuring the entire business is aligned around a shared understanding of who we serve and how to reach them
- Coordinate closely with the leadership team to align messaging, brand positioning, and market communications
- Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality content (blogs, case studies, nurture emails, sales enablement materials)
- Ensure timely delivery and high quality of all marketing assets
- Deliver the right content, messaging, and tools to help the sales team succeed
- Collaborate with Customer Operations to generate post-sales content, including customer case studies drawn from our 80+ clients, to showcase success stories and amplify advocacy
- Lead event strategy and execution, ensuring Voycβs presence is maximized across conferences, webinars, and podcasts
- Oversee campaign planning for promotional initiatives, supporting the team in execution and follow-through
- Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Associate
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing activities support broader company goals
- Work with external vendors and freelancers when needed (e.g., designers, video editors, writers)
- Partner with the product team to develop and maintain clear, compelling one-pagers, product materials, and positioning documents
- Own the understanding of the competitor landscape and differentiation β ensuring Voycβs unique value is clearly articulated across sales, marketing, and customer communications
- Ensure product messaging is accurate, differentiated, and effectively deployed across marketing and sales channels
- Guide the overall social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn as a key channel, with daily execution led by the team
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and optimize content to improve results
- Track, measure, and report on key marketing metrics (content engagement, campaign reach, brand amplification, social media performance)
- Use insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
- Own and execute the SEO strategy, optimising website content and structure to improve organic traffic and inbound lead generation, ensuring the marketing funnel is consistently filled with high-quality prospects
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive targeted demand generation, working closely with the SDR team to ensure alignment on lead quality and pipeline goals
- Own the marketing technology ecosystem (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, automation tools), ensuring tools are correctly set up, integrated with sales systems, and optimized to support marketing and sales activities
- Oversee the performance and optimisation of the Voyc website, ensuring it delivers a seamless user experience, supports lead conversion goals, and reflects current brand and product positioning
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of outbound sales methodology, including cadence structuring and cold call best practices, to ensure alignment with the SDR team
