Summary

Requirements
- Experience in helping with email campaigns for B2B clients
- Comfortable using email automation marketing systems
- Strong comfort level with CRM software, Hubspot preferred
- Ability to share case studies or examples of successful B2B email campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- A data-driven mindset to analyze results through A/B testing and optimize emails
- Creative thinker who enjoys leveraging data insights in decision-making
- Skilled at writing clear, friendly, and error-free copy
Responsibilities
- Identify top prospective customers and build prospect lists
- Develop and manage email workflows for different business lines
- Create and improve lead scoring and automation in HubSpot
- Monitor email engagement, including open rates, click rates, and response rates, and track lead progression
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to develop email content ideas, using performance data to inform the messaging and layout
- Analyze email performance to find ways to improve layout, call-to-action structure, send timing, and target audience
- Set and regularly update benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all email campaigns and workflows, to track success and make improvements over time
- Manage Sales Development Representative (SDR) tasks, such as outbound prospecting, follow-up, and lead qualification
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and lead pipeline up to date with daily updates and automation
- Create an easy reporting system and dashboard to track email and outbound performance
- Ensure that the handoff process for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) is timely and accurate
- Define and implement behavioral triggers in HubSpot (e.g., multiple page views, high engagement) to identify sales-ready leads and trigger internal alerts or workflows
- Nurture/develop contacts with the goal of converting 2–3 contacts per month into qualified meetings, including inbound leads, former clients, and past prospects
- Identify and activate behavioral triggers within HubSpot (e.g., numerous page views, significant engagement) to pinpoint sales-ready leads, initiating internal notifications or automated processes
- Cultivate and advance relationships with contacts—including inbound leads, previous clients, and past prospects—aiming to convert 2–3 into qualified meetings monthly
- Update and manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM/sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous email marketing experience in e-commerce is a bonus
- Familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify is also a plus
