Inbound Product Manager

Summary

Join ServiceNow as a Product Leader and spearhead product strategy to drive revenue growth exceeding \$10B. Communicate product priorities effectively and build consensus among teams. Assume ownership and accountability for product outcomes, collaborating with multiple teams throughout the development lifecycle. Integrate user research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. Translate complex problems into clear requirements and provide effective solutions. Develop multi-mode communications to cater to diverse audiences and lead promotional efforts across teams. This role requires a seasoned agile practitioner and scrum master with extensive experience in product management within the cloud engineering and automation domain.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management in Cloud Engineering & Automation Domain
• 5 plus years’ experience in a SaaS company preferably in Dev Productivity & AI-for-DevOps space
• Demonstrated track record as Seasoned Agile Practitioner & SCRUM Master
• Strong experience in scoping and defining requirements for Cloud Automation Products / CI-CD Optimization Solutions / DevOps Platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a distributed team across the world
• B.Tech or equivalent in Software & Cloud focus faculties (e.g. CS, CSE, ECE, EE) preferably with relevant work experience in product development, solutions architecture
• Stay on Top of ServiceNow Technology Roadmap & Our Cloud Organizations Strategic Goals
• Conceptualize New Products (& Re-Trajectize existing products) - aligned with Our Business & Cloud Organization Vision. Gather and Prioritize requirements from stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with business & cloud organization objectives
• Deliver features satisfying user needs & desired business outcome
• Save Cost while Achieving Scale commensurate with ServiceNow business growth
• Understand effective use of emerging technology & ServiceNows security posture – to make your product leverage them & stay compliant
• Own Multiple Products as “Product Owner” Create and maintain list of: Features, Functional & Non-Functional Requirements, Metrics & Measurements for success
• Maintain: Project tracker to monitor progress, ensure accountability, facilitate timely delivery honoring high quality standards & practices, secure desired business value / outcome & demonstrate success - with real live data!
• Plan and Allocate work to ensure the team’s Yearly roadmap getting achieved with proper utilization of engineering bandwidth and Priorities always remains aligned with strategic goals incorporate any change in business priorities
• Track and follow up on cross-functional dependencies to mitigate risks and prevent project delays
• Talk to Stakeholders ad collect feedback if any - on regular periodicity as needed

• Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to new technologies like Containers, GenAI, Agentic AI, AI-ML will be a very strong PLUS
• Familiarity with commercial observability offerings such as Elastic Stack and Splunk is a plus
