Summary
Join ServiceNow's Core Platform team as a Product Manager and drive change for customers through innovation on a global AI platform. You will leverage your expertise in scaling and enhancing platform systems, including Java Runtime, Platform Caching, and event-based architecture. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Engage with internal and external customers in a high-impact, customer-centric environment. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, enabling you to build consensus and inspire engineering teams. You will be responsible for integrating usability studies and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. The position reports to the Sr. Manager of Product Management, Core Platform.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to support the long-term scalability of an enterprise platform
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- 4+ years of experience delivering product solutions on a global SaaS/IPaaS platform
- Domain expertise in cloud scalability & elasticity, workload management, event management, resource management, etc
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Drive solution development through big-picture solution development
- Ability to inspire and align engineering teams to deliver exceptional experiences
- Ability to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, with a keen sense of what is technically feasible
