Summary
Join ServiceNow's Workplace BU team as a product leader, shaping the future of workplace experiences. Lead product strategy for growth to $10B+ in revenue, plan product releases, and communicate priorities. Assume ownership of projects, guiding them through development with multiple teams. Integrate research and market analysis into product requirements, and communicate complex problems clearly. Engage with customers and industries, leveraging AI integration into work processes. This role requires extensive software product management experience and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 5+ years of software product management experience
- Proven experience as a product manager, successfully delivering software products from concept to launch
- Strong skills in defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on customer and business needs
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams in an Agile development environment
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience presenting ideas and strategies to stakeholders
- A passion for solving complex problems and delivering intuitive, impactful solutions
- Experience with workplace domain areas, such as facility management, real estate, or workplace strategy
- Familiarity with workplace-related software, including space planning, resource booking, or hybrid work solutions
- Knowledge of ServiceNow's platform and its capabilities, especially Workplace Service Delivery
- Expertise in user research methodologies and translating customer insights into product features
- Background in emerging technologies relevant to workplace transformation, such as IoT, AI, or workplace analytics
- Prior experience working with global, enterprise-level customers and understanding their unique challenges and needs

- Product & Release Planning
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
- Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
- Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
