This role is fundamental in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will convert inbound leads, find new sales opportunities through various channels, maintain prospect databases, understand customer needs, and assign qualified opportunities to senior sales executives. Requirements
- 2 Years or more experience
- Strong English Speaking Skills
- 50 mbps internet connection for VOIP connection
- PC with Noise Cancelling Microphone Headset
- Experience as a Sales Representative/Associate
- Strong written and research skills
- Able to multitask
- Good team player
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Convert stream of inbound leads into new clients
- Find new sales opportunities through web/phone hunting ,former clients, existing client referrals via outbound cold calls and emails
- Maintaining and expanding database of prospects on CRM
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate senior sales executives for further development and closure
- Closing sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SalesForce or Hubspot CRM a plus
- Familiar with Zoom and Hubspot CRM and Google Office Suite
