Requirements

  • Be a hard-working, self-motivated person that is willing to achieve excellence
  • Possess creative and assertive communication skills
  • Be open to feedback and development
  • Have a minimum of 2 + years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment selling technology solutions
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frames
  • Have experience selling software products and services
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions and use of that knowledge to sell to academic institutions
  • Have working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM

Responsibilities

  • Introduce the Instructure Learning Platform to new clients through outbound contacting, trade shows, email campaigns and response to inbound leads
  • Own and manage the prospecting for a designated territory
  • Create quarterly plans to achieve quotas
  • Provide regular, accurate forecasts and update lead status using Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

Have a Bachelor's Degree in any related field
