Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably with technical or capital equipment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of customer applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key markets like manufacturing, food & beverage, and fire protection
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities
