Summary
Join Qonto as an Influencer & Ambassador Program Manager and develop and implement a marketing strategy to scale the Qonto Ambassador Program. Collaborate with various teams to maximize reach and credibility among entrepreneurs. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting brand ambassadors, building and scaling the program, managing the ambassador community, and optimizing processes for scalability and measurable results. You will also cultivate synergies with key partners, co-create media actions, and track KPIs such as the number of active ambassadors and website traffic. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in negotiation, building connections with influencers, and client-facing roles within B2B environments. Fluency in French and English is essential. Requirements
- With at least 5 years of experience, you have demonstrated strong negotiation skills and an ability to build genuine connections, especially with influencers and key decision-makers in the B2B space
- You possess a dynamic personality, are able to communicate clearly and assertively, and excel at developing trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders
- You have proven experience in client-facing roles, ideally within B2B environments, and are capable of gathering insights and creating meaningful engagement
- You are skilled at industrializing and optimizing processes, building scalable frameworks that enable program growth and operational excellence
- You thrive in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with central stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing strategies for specific business segments
- You are fluent in both French and English, enabling effective communication across all teams and markets
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a precise marketing strategy in collaboration with teams such as Media, Content, CRM, Social Media, and Events, to scale the Qonto Ambassador Program and to maximize our reach and credibility among entrepreneurs
- Identify Qonto clients with significant audiences on social media and recruit them as brand ambassadors
- Build, launch, and scale the Qonto Ambassador Program to maximize our reach and credibility among entrepreneurs
- Animate and manage the ambassador community to foster strong engagement and advocacy
- Continuously optimize processes to ensure the program is scalable and delivers measurable results
- Cultivate synergies with top clients and key partners who have high visibility and influence
- Co-create high-impact media actions and collaborative campaigns to amplify brand awareness and drive acquisition from social platforms
- Number of active ambassadors
- Website traffic and KYB generated from social media platforms
