Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media trends
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Excel written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid environment
• Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for influencer collaborations and events, including product shipments, assets, and campaign timelines
• Prepare and package products for influencer marketing campaigns and events
• Assist with building data-based lists for the micro-influencer program, including contact information, performance metrics, and past collaborations
• Identify potential influencer partners and conduct email outreach and fulfillment for influencer sendouts that align with Huda Beauty’s brand values, target audience, and marketing objectives
• Online campaign measurement and tracking – set up campaigns on online influencer platform. Monitor and upload content for reporting/tracking purposes
• Assist with personalized gifting strategy, sendouts, and follow-ups
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in influencer marketing to optimize campaign strategies
• Research and analyze influencers’ audience demographics, engagement rates, and content quality to ensure compatibility with Huda Beauty’s brand

Benefits

The pay range for this role is $20/hr, based in New York. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location
